Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Specialist

About the role

GigaBrands is looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Specialist to become the backbone of its financial processes. You will own daily, weekly and monthly financial cycles, ensuring accuracy across multiple platforms and providing leadership with clear financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor banking portals, reconcile Stripe transactions, and perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks, maintain Excel trackers, and update cash‑flow forecasts.
• Prepare end‑of‑day P&L reports, POD‑wise performance updates, and manage employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Execute full monthly close in QuickBooks, generate Cash Flow, P&L and variance reports, and produce executive‑level financial summaries.
• Handle payroll, commissions, tax compliance (including 941 filings), and international transfers.
• Support executive financial administration and maintain the company financial scorecard.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or financial operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records across multiple systems.
