Branch Manager – Liability

About the role

The Branch Manager – Liability will lead the branch’s deposit portfolio, overseeing both existing (ETB) and new (NTB) clients while ensuring high‑quality customer service. Reporting to senior management, the incumbent will drive business growth, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold the bank’s risk culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow ETB and NTB deposit client base.
• Oversee all branch operations including administration, marketing, training, and security.
• Ensure compliance with prudential regulations, SOPs, bank laws, foreign‑exchange controls, and government securities processes.
• Achieve assigned targets within defined deadlines and conduct daily performance sessions with sales and service staff.
• Perform portfolio analysis, identify stagnant customers, and deepen product penetration.
• Manage balance‑sheet and cost‑of‑fund considerations in line with bank strategy.
• Monitor service delivery standards and enforce KYC/AML requirements.
• Motivate and lead branch staff toward individual and collective goals.
• Develop business‑development strategies for long‑term success.
• Ensure safety and security of cash, collateral, and critical records.
• Report any corruption or malpractice incidents to head office.
• Uphold easypaisa’s behaviours, values, and risk‑compliance culture.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of prudential regulations, bank laws, and KYC/AML frameworks.
• Proven experience in branch management and deposit growth.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical skills for portfolio and risk assessment.
• Commitment to high standards of service, security, and regulatory compliance.
