Brand Designer – Shape Visual Narratives & Lead Creative Direction

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Designer who goes beyond execution to craft compelling brand narratives. You will translate cultural trends and abstract ideas into bold, high‑impact visuals that resonate across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual direction for digital, print, social, motion, and experiential assets.
• Conceptualize and produce designs for web, social media, email, packaging, and more.
• Own and evolve the brand identity, ensuring visual consistency and cultural relevance.
• Translate strategic briefs into creative solutions that connect with target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and employer branding teams.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage multiple design projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Stay current on Gen Z aesthetics, global design trends, and emerging tools.
• Mentor junior designers through critique, coaching, and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in‑house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, color, motion, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and presentation abilities.
• Intuitive sense of brand vibe and ability to adapt quickly.
