Brand Manager – Consumer Growth

About the role

The Brand Manager – Consumer Growth will shape JazzWorld’s brand narrative as the company rolls out next‑generation 5G connectivity and expands its digital services portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Brands, the role sits at the intersection of segments, technology and consumer experience, guiding brand architecture across multiple ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end brand strategy and ATL campaign development (TV, OOH, radio, press) for the core GSM business, managing creative and media agencies from concept to airing.
• Lead brand and communication strategy for prepaid and postpaid segments, balancing mass‑reach brand building with offer‑driven acquisition messaging.
• Use brand tracker (BHT) and NPS data to identify perception gaps and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage budgets and agency performance, ensuring creative output aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop integrated marketing campaigns that reflect brand and business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ years of brand management experience, preferably in telecom, tech, fintech or digital services.
• Proven ability to build brand strategy for fast‑moving, complex categories.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, capable of handling multiple workstreams.
