About the role

Welnox, part of the Martin Dow Group, is seeking a Brand Manager to shape and execute brand strategies for its wellness product portfolio. The role involves driving product growth through innovative marketing plans, cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all decisions.
  • Analyze brand performance data and report on ROI.
  • Monitor market and consumer trends to inform strategic direction.
  • Design pricing and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of core brand management or marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or personal‑care sectors.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
