Brand Manager – Skincare & Beauty

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the brand strategy for K Bloom’s skincare and beauty line, inspired by Korean skincare trends. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth, building brand awareness, and delivering successful product launches on‑site in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Plan, coordinate and manage events, activations and partnership programs with campuses or corporate partners.
• Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales, product, creative teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Track campaign performance, analyse sales impact and report results to leadership.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the brand in partner meetings and activations.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of brand management experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Proven track record of driving sales through marketing initiatives and meeting targets.
• Strong knowledge of branding, positioning and visual identity development.
• Experience planning and executing events, activations and partnership programmes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and reporting ROI.
• Familiarity with Korean skincare trends is a plus.
