Brand Strategist – Internal & Client‑Facing Role

About the role

Meraki-IT is looking for a Brand Strategist to own and grow its own brand while delivering brand‑management services to offshore clients in the US, UK and Australia. The role combines internal brand development with client‑facing strategy, content creation and reputation management.

Key responsibilities

• Own Meraki‑IT’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, expanding to other platforms as needed.
• Develop and execute a B2B social‑media strategy focused on audience growth and engagement.
• Research Instagram trends for tech services and recommend content formats.
• Conduct brand audits for offshore clients and deliver positioning and messaging recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers to shape visual identity systems and brand guidelines for clients.
• Build and manage personal brands for client executives, including voice, content strategy and platform presence.
• Monitor online reputation for clients, identify risks and advise on mitigation.
• Track KPIs across all platforms, report performance and refine strategies based on data.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, preferably within a tech or software services environment.
• Proven success growing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for B2B brands.
• Hands‑on experience conducting brand audits and creating positioning documents.
• Direct experience managing brand or personal‑brand accounts for clients in English‑speaking offshore markets.
• Strong client‑management skills, able to present strategies and handle feedback across time zones.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable decisions.
