Brand Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Brand Strategist to shape our brand voice, drive audience growth, and lead content across multiple social platforms. You will work closely with leadership and product teams in a fast‑paced startup environment to launch AI‑driven features and build a recognizable brand from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand positioning, voice, and social media identity while crafting growth strategies.
• Create and manage content calendars, short‑form videos, campaigns, captions, and storytelling for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Track engagement, audience growth, campaign performance, and influencer effectiveness; continuously optimize paid and organic tactics.
• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors; coordinate collaborations and explore new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to market AI‑driven platform features and own marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in brand promotion, social media, content marketing, digital growth, influencer marketing, or brand strategy.
• Strong portfolio or proven growth results, with deep knowledge of short‑form content and viral mechanics.
• Experience managing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media analytics, performance tracking, and paid social campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative execution skills; thrives in a startup environment.
