Branding Associate

About the role

CureMD is looking for a creative Branding Associate to support its branding team. You will help shape the company’s visual identity and storytelling across multiple channels, gaining hands‑on experience in marketing and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage visual assets such as banners, images, and templates.
• Plan, execute and monitor innovative social‑media campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Track performance metrics of marketing initiatives and provide data‑driven insights.
• Develop campaign briefs based on actionable insights and set clear success measures.
• Translate recruitment goals into social campaigns that boost brand awareness and candidate funnel.
• Support the social‑media team in content creation and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Stay updated on local and global social‑media trends and identify participation opportunities.
• Conduct market research on IT industry trends and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or branding.
• Strong interest in social media, growth hacking, and emerging technologies such as generative AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Project‑management experience with a focus on time‑sensitive deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social‑media platforms for business (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) is a plus.
