Building Surveyor – High‑Rise Projects

About the role

Ovaisco Builders & Developers is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to support high‑rise building projects at its head office in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The role involves accurate field surveying, setting out structural elements and ensuring compliance with design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and establish control points for high‑rise structures.
• Perform precise setting‑out for foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other structural components.
• Verify levels, alignments and dimensions against approved drawings.
• Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS and other surveying equipment.
• Prepare survey reports and as‑built records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and consultants.
• Maintain surveying accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
• Minimum 4 years of experience on high‑rise building projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS and Digital Level.
• Strong understanding of construction and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey‑related software.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
