Business Analyst – Customer‑Facing Digital Solutions

About the role

Enterprise64 is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work directly with its most distinguished customers. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Prepare business process flows, wireframes and user stories; conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage product backlogs, support agile development practices and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Use AI‑assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to draft and refine documentation, user stories and meeting summaries, validating outputs before use.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for senior leadership and clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience working with offshore teams and large corporate clients.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Process‑modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) – a plus.
• Data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) – a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) – a plus.
• Hands‑on use of AI‑assisted tools for business analysis and documentation.
