Business Analyst – Gen AI & Web 3.0

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping the design and delivery of our Generative AI and Web 3.0 ecosystem. You will own the strategy for high‑impact features that improve developer experience, drive product adoption, and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify innovation opportunities.
• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap for Gen AI/Web 3.0 offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and engineering to gather, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, wireframes, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, support agile sprint cycles, and ensure delivery meets defined requirements.
• Monitor product adoption using analytics and user feedback, recommending continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in market and competitor analysis, business documentation, and analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to create Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagramming tools such as Draw.io.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for workflow and system modeling.
