Business Developer – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Jarvis Marketing Agency is a fast‑growing digital marketing firm offering services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, web development and marketing automation. We are seeking a motivated Business Developer to expand our client base and drive new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals and social content.
• Research potential clients, conduct discovery calls and understand their marketing goals.
• Present Jarvis’s digital marketing solutions, prepare proposals and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach and sales follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
