Business Developer – International Expansion

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Developer to drive VQ’s expansion across Europe and North America. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to partnership onboarding, and be responsible for delivering measurable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new account acquisition and expansion.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 3–5× revenue targets via outbound prospecting, networking, trade events, LinkedIn outreach and market research.
• Identify, engage and secure partnerships with retailers, distributors, buying groups, marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead the complete sales process: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, onboarding and account launch.
• Drive entry into new territories and channels by executing market expansion initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that support long‑term growth.
• Create compelling presentations, sales pitches and proposals to position VQ as a preferred partner.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, distributors and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product development, supply chain, marketing and leadership teams for successful onboarding.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, track conversion metrics, report pipeline status and forecast opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consumer electronics or related sectors.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and acquiring strategic accounts.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
