Business Developer

About the role

Earendel Technologies, a fast‑growing software company in Islamabad, is seeking a proactive Business Developer to build long‑term relationships with international clients. You will work closely with the COO, CEO, designers and developers to generate qualified opportunities and drive profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant Upwork opportunities and craft personalised, persuasive proposals.
• Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Research potential clients, understand their business needs and qualify opportunities.
• Generate practical ideas for new business and execute approved initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers to create targeted mockups and presentations for promising prospects.
• Manage follow‑ups, maintain an organised sales pipeline and schedule discovery calls with leadership.
• Track outreach performance, report progress weekly and coordinate pricing and technical estimates with the COO and leadership.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of business development experience in a software company or IT services agency.
• Strong written English, proposal writing and professional communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Upwork bidding, lead generation and cold outreach.
• Ability to write client‑focused messages tailored to each opportunity.
• Strong research, organisation and follow‑up abilities.
• Initiative to suggest ideas and take ownership of execution.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of mobile app development.
• Basic understanding of web development.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX services.
