Business Developer - USA Campaign (Medical Billing & RCM)

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, helping them handle billing, compliance and collections so medical teams can focus on patient care. It is recruiting a full-time, on-site Business Developer for its USA campaign, based in Lahore, to identify and pursue new business with healthcare clients who can benefit from its billing and RCM services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails and online research, and qualify prospects
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Research the US healthcare and medical billing market and present service offerings
• Work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals
• Manage client communication and provide responsive customer service
• Contribute to meeting revenue and performance targets

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Relevant experience in business development or sales for international (especially US) campaigns, preferably in healthcare or medical billing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore with flexible scheduling to match US business hours
