Business Development Associate (B2C Lead Generation)

About the role
TechPrysm is hiring a Business Development Associate in Lahore to generate and nurture B2C leads through online outreach. The position is full-time and onsite in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, on an evening shift (4pm to 1am).
Key responsibilities
- Generate and identify potential B2C leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Research and identify potential customers and target audiences.
- Initiate conversations and conduct outreach with prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track outreach activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C lead generation or business development.
- Proactive, target-oriented and confident in customer communication; good understanding of English.
Required skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and other online platforms for lead generation.
What we offer
- Salary of PKR 60,000 to 70,000 per month.
