Business Development Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

NSOL BPO is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join its growing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to develop skills in international client acquisition and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in international markets.
• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media and other prospecting platforms.
• Conduct outreach to prospects via email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Support email‑marketing and lead‑generation campaigns and maintain accurate prospect lists.
• Track outreach activities, leads and follow‑up actions in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, organized, self‑motivated with high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast‑paced onsite environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Familiarity with Apollo or similar lead‑generation tools (optional).
• Understanding of CRM systems and email‑marketing platforms (optional).
