Business Development Associate – Training Program

About the role

PSI Square is offering a structured training program for fresh graduates interested in business development. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and cold email marketing, with the possibility of moving into a permanent Business Development Executive position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other online tools.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests and personalized messages.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor cold email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Follow up with prospects, schedule sales meetings, and maintain lead databases and activity reports.
• Track outreach performance against daily and weekly KPIs and continuously improve campaign results.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or entry‑level candidates with good written English.
• Comfortable using computers, email, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, proactive, and target‑oriented.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Lahore.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with email and LinkedIn.
• Ability to conduct online research and manage data in spreadsheets.
