Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive

About the role

Code Room Hub Private Limited is seeking a Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive to generate new project opportunities and acquire clients for its digital solutions. The position is fully remote and focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and closing B2B deals. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth hand‑over after contracts are signed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential businesses that need digital services using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Google Maps and business directories.
• Initiate contact through cold outreach, email, and social media, understand client requirements and present relevant service offerings.
• Maintain ongoing communication, negotiate terms, and close deals to convert prospects into paid projects.
• Collaborate with the internal development and design teams to hand over closed projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track leads, update CRM, and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the digital services sector.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
