Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive

About the role

MakaanX, a real estate and property services brand in Pakistan offering property management, rentals, renovations, maintenance and related services, is hiring a Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site and field-based role for someone who can identify opportunities, approach potential customers, build trust and turn conversations into business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new property owners, landlords, investors and property management clients.
• Generate qualified leads for renovations, home maintenance, cleaning and other approved services.
• Build relationships with real estate agencies, property advisors, contractors and potential partners.
• Source rental and property-listing opportunities and coordinate with the relevant teams.
• Build referral networks and support new market and service expansion.
• Conduct client meetings, field visits, presentations and follow-ups, explaining services and converting prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate lead records, customer interactions and sales pipelines in the company's systems.
• Collaborate with Operations and Management on customer onboarding and work toward client acquisition, conversion and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, real estate or property services.
• Demonstrated ability to source leads independently and close sales.
• Good knowledge of the Lahore market.
• Professional Urdu and practical English communication skills.
• Experience using a CRM or sales management system is an advantage.
