Business Development & Client Acquisition Lead

About the role

A UK-led digital services business with an established team in Lahore is looking for an experienced business development professional to independently identify, approach and convert businesses into paying customers. The role is full-time, on-site preferred, and the initial engagement may be flexible or part-time. The stated pay is PKR 50,000 to 100,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business in Pakistan and international markets.
• Sell WordPress, WooCommerce, website development, SEO and ecommerce support services.
• Identify decision-makers, arrange sales conversations and prepare proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow-ups through to signed agreements and payments.
• Coordinate with the existing delivery team and provide clear weekly performance reports.
• Help establish a disciplined, commercially focused office operation.

Required profile

• Proven experience acquiring paying clients for a digital agency, software house or comparable B2B services business.
• Ability to demonstrate actual clients won and commercial results.
• Comfortable working with a UK-based business owner.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, referrals, direct prospecting or other credible sales channels.
