Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing

About the role

A digital marketing agency offering SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, website development, content and video, and AI automation is looking for a Business Development Executive. The role is remote, based in Lahore, and focuses on building client relationships and growing demand for practical, results-focused digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective businesses that could benefit from the agency's digital marketing services.
• Research prospects, understand their objectives, and recommend relevant service packages and solutions.
• Conduct professional outreach, arrange discovery calls, deliver presentations and follow up consistently.
• Prepare proposals, scopes and pricing in coordination with internal delivery teams.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, prospect records and activity reports in the company's tracking tools.
• Coordinate a smooth handoff to campaign, creative, web and automation teams after a client signs.
• Develop long-term client relationships, identify account expansion opportunities and contribute to business growth targets.

Required profile

• Confident written and verbal communication, active listening and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to discover client goals and connect them to SEO, paid advertising, social media, web, creative, video or automation services.
• Strong organization and time management across multiple prospects and client conversations.
• Comfortable working remotely, with self-motivation, professional judgment, resilience and a client-focused approach.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and performance measures such as leads, conversions, reach and return on ad spend.
• Proposal preparation, presentation delivery, negotiation and follow-up.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, email, video meetings and CRM or sales-pipeline tools.
