Business Development Executive – F&B / Restaurant Tech (Commission-Based)

About the role

Servelo Studio creates branded digital ecosystems for independent restaurants, including native mobile apps, admin dashboards and websites. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to leverage existing connections in the food‑and‑beverage (F&B) and hospitality sector in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, introducing restaurant owners to our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurant owners or managers who could benefit from digital tools such as apps, websites or dashboards.
• Use your established F&B network to make warm introductions and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule discovery calls between prospects and the company founder.
• Track lead progress and report status regularly.

Required profile

• Prior experience or an active network in the F&B, hospitality or restaurant‑supply industry (POS, suppliers, delivery platforms, consulting, etc.).
• Based in, or with a strong professional network in, Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
• Self‑driven, comfortable working on a commission‑only pay structure.
• Availability of 2–4 hours per day.

• Commission calculated on the signed contract value and paid only when the client payment is received.
• No earnings cap – the more contracts you close, the higher your income.
