Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will work from our Islamabad office to turn inbound leads into confirmed sales meetings for the Truckoom sales team. The role focuses on nurturing prospects, building trust, and ensuring each appointment is well‑briefed and genuinely interested.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads received from the Lead Generation Executive on the same business day.
• Engage prospects through the most appropriate channels and conduct discovery conversations.
• Tailor outreach messaging to industry, fleet profile and Truckoom services.
• Secure and confirm meetings, providing detailed briefs to the sales team.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline at all nurturing stages and flag dead leads.
• Log all interactions and keep pipeline stages up‑to‑date in ERPNext.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on pipeline status, meetings booked and at‑risk prospects.
• Handle objections and follow‑up with structured multi‑touch sequences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in telesales, inside sales, business development or a similar outbound client‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication with business owners, fleet managers and operations heads.
• Self‑directed, disciplined and able to manage a live pipeline without daily supervision.
• Based in Islamabad or willing to work from the Islamabad office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems.
• Experience using ERPNext or the Frappe framework (preferred).
