Business Development Executive

About the role

Roshan Studio is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for its creative social‑media and post‑production services. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule (11 pm – 7 am) and focuses on building relationships with businesses and influencers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects through freelancing platforms and LinkedIn.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals tailored to creative and digital services.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Track and report on monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.
• Collaborate with internal production teams to align client expectations with service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience acquiring clients in the creative, digital or post‑production sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Strong written communication skills for proposal creation.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working night‑shift hours.
