Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new revenue opportunities for Qaim Automotive, a leading manufacturer of automotive and industrial filtration solutions in Pakistan. This full‑time position focuses on building a robust sales pipeline and expanding the company’s presence across multiple industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through market research, outreach, and networking.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address customer requirements.
• Manage key accounts, nurture relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Track performance against sales targets and provide regular reporting to management.
• Identify tender and procurement opportunities and contribute to business‑development strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, manufacturing or B2B markets is an advantage.

Required skills
