Business Development Executive

About the role

IKONIC is seeking motivated Business Development Executives to expand its US client portfolio. The role focuses on leveraging freelance platforms to generate leads, craft proposals, and close sales for digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer.com, People Per Hour and similar platforms.
• Write tailored bids and proposals that match client requirements.
• Engage prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide regular follow‑up reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling services on freelance marketplaces.
• Strong command of English; IELTS certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MERN stack concepts.
• Understanding of Laravel framework.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
