Business Development Executive

About the role

MicroAgility APAC is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the North American market. You will connect with prospects, understand their challenges, and showcase how our digital transformation solutions can add value.

Key responsibilities

• Make bold cold calls and craft tailored emails to reach decision‑makers using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Listen to client needs, build trust and propose solutions that drive success.
• Generate qualified leads, negotiate contracts and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Create marketing content and enhance brand visibility on social media.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Track activities, report insights and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of full‑cycle business development experience, preferably in services‑as‑solution.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a knack for building rapport.
• Knowledge of the US & Canadian market is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle objections.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, organized and eager to learn.
