Business Development Executive

About the role

The client is a leading distributor of raw materials for paints, seeking a Business Development Executive to drive market expansion and manage key stakeholder relationships across Karachi. The role combines field‑based sales activities with end‑to‑end project tracking to ensure revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial, residential, and industrial paint projects to continuously expand the sales pipeline.
• Cultivate and maintain strong networks with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, and paint contractors.
• Conduct regular market visits, attend site meetings, and execute systematic follow‑ups on active project leads.
• Convert qualified project leads into active Bluebird Paints sales, consistently meeting or exceeding conversion targets.
• Monitor projects from initial lead to final completion, maintaining rapport with decision‑makers to prevent account loss.
• Deliver against assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue and project‑conversion milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA, BS, BSc, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of sales experience in paints, building materials, construction, or B2B project sales.
• Existing, verifiable connections with Karachi‑based architects, developers, and paint contractors.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing abilities with a strong field‑orientation and persistent follow‑up discipline.
