Business Development Executive

About the role

FeatStack is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert opportunities across AI, software, and enterprise solutions. The role works closely with founders, technical, and marketing teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies, industries, and key decision‑makers to identify potential opportunities.
• Build and maintain qualified lead lists and conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
• Create personalized and effective outreach messages tailored to each prospect.
• Qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and schedule discovery calls to support the sales process.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records to track progress.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communication as needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential buying signals to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with founders, technical, and marketing teams to move opportunities forward.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in technology or software sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good research and prospecting abilities.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and spreadsheets for outreach and tracking.
• Organized, proactive, self‑motivated, and consistent with follow‑ups.
