Business Development Executive

About the role

The International Business Development Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad. The role focuses on identifying and developing international business opportunities for Avorcms Services LLC – RCM, targeting healthcare providers and related organisations in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach and other channels.
• Promote and sell RCM services to the US healthcare market.
• Understand prospects’ business needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
• Follow up consistently, keep an organised sales pipeline and meet monthly lead‑generation, appointment‑setting and sales targets.
• Prepare and present service proposals, pricing and company information.
• Negotiate with prospects and work toward closing new deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and prospects.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience in healthcare or medical billing (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach and follow‑ups.
• Ability to communicate professionally with US‑based clients.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of medical billing or healthcare services; experience selling medical billing and web development services is a plus.
