Business Development Executive

About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive prospect identification, relationship building, and revenue growth through targeted outreach and follow‑up activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
- Cold‑call prospects generated by external lead sources.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
- Maintain and expand the company’s prospect database.
- Achieve targets set by management.
- Assist in content creation and proposal development for potential clients.
- Make outbound follow‑up calls to existing customers via phone and email to cross‑sell and up‑sell.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, from a recognized university.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM.
Required skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Strong online searching abilities.
