Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate growth and expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create strategies and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide recommendations.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role for 3–5 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in an on‑site, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
