Business Development Executive

About the role

Anjum Art Press, a well‑established printing and packaging company, is seeking a dynamic and target‑oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business and acquire customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for printing and packaging products through online research, referrals and market analysis.
• Visit factories, offices and businesses to understand packaging requirements and present company capabilities.
• Generate leads via cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels, and maintain a pipeline of prospects, quotations and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with production/estimating teams to prepare quotations, negotiate prices within guidelines and convert leads into orders.
• Visit existing customers regularly to uncover additional business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report daily/weekly activities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales, business development or field sales experience.
• Experience in printing, packaging, FMCG, manufacturing or related B2B sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and a valid driving licence (preferably own vehicle).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and online business platforms for lead generation.
