Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and online bidding across multiple platforms. The role requires independent management of the full sales cycle and the ability to close deals with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn) and direct outreach.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and manage the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong experience with online bidding platforms and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
