About the role
Vin Sol is hiring a Business Development Executive in Lahore through its client. This is a B2B sales and business development role focused on generating new business opportunities by building relationships with businesses that can refer clients or provide regular work. It covers lead generation, outbound communication, relationship management and turning potential partners into long-term referral sources.
Required profile
- Proactive, confident and results-driven approach; target-oriented.
- Ability to identify prospects, generate leads and follow up consistently.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Confidence in making outbound calls to business owners and professionals.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets and CRM or lead management systems.
- Professional telephone etiquette and business email writing.
