Business Development Executive – LinkedIn Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive who will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for SaaS‑based projects, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities for SaaS and LinkedIn management projects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships through networking, LinkedIn outreach and professional communication.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients, industries and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, SaaS products and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
• 1–3 years of business development or sales experience in a software house or SaaS company.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and B2B sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
