Business Development Executive – Logistics Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth for Cargo Solution Services in Karachi. The role focuses on acquiring new logistics customers, managing the sales cycle and supporting revenue targets in a fast‑moving freight environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights within air, sea and door‑to‑door logistics.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to record activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to enhance the customer experience.
• Negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.

• Salary between PKR 40,000 and PKR 65,000 per month.
