About the role
Scan Shipping is looking for a Business Development Executive in Karachi to expand its market presence and manage end-to-end client relationships. The role focuses on targeted B2B lead generation, full-cycle account management and developing operational shipping expertise so customers have a smooth journey.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and build customer relationships
- Support shipping operations
- Handle reporting and digital discipline tasks
- Manage tasks and meet administrative compliance requirements
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field
- Good knowledge of local and international customs, ocean and hazardous cargo regulations
- Ability to set priorities, work independently and learn quickly
- Good networking with freight forwarders in the market
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Networking within the freight forwarding community
