Business Development Executive (Outbound Calling)

About the role

Elite Star Management Consultancies LLC (ESMC), a Dubai-based consultancy, is hiring Business Development Executives (male and female) in Karachi for its US operations. The role is full-time and long-term, working US business hours from Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Make targeted outbound calls to US small and medium businesses about Bookkeeping, Accounts and Tax services
• Qualify prospects, book meetings for senior consultants and follow up to close deals
• Keep calls, leads and deals updated in the HubSpot CRM
• Coordinate daily with the Head Office in Dubai

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales or Marketing
• 1+ year in a similar role such as outbound calling, tele-sales or business development, with client handling
• Experience with US clients or basic bookkeeping/US tax knowledge is a plus
• Must live in Karachi; hybrid setup, mostly remote with occasional in-person meetings and training
• Own laptop, stable internet and power backup for remote days
