Business Development Executive – Remote

About the role

CloudPSO is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to work remotely from Pakistan. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with business leaders on professional networks and showcasing how CloudPSO’s services can add value.

Key responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with owners, founders, and technical leaders.
• Apply creative prospecting techniques to uncover hidden opportunities and secure warm introductions.
• Qualify leads by assessing budget and staffing needs, and conduct short online meetings to present CloudPSO’s cost‑saving benefits.
• Nurture relationships with prospects by sharing case studies and relevant updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Track daily outreach metrics and report performance to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Patient, polite, and skilled at writing friendly, professional messages.
• Self‑starter who can meet daily and monthly outreach targets.
• Understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) models and B2B networking.
• Ability to work independently and adjust schedule for occasional international client meetings.
