Business Development Executive – SaaS

About the role

BMGenie is an AI-powered real estate media platform that turns property photos into professional, market-ready visuals through AI enhancement, virtual staging and HDR processing. It is expanding in the US market and is hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive in Lahore, working on site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads from US real estate photographers, agents, brokers and property marketing companies.
• Run cold calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM and lead-generation tools.
• Present the value proposition, qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly targets for outreach, meetings, conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or SaaS sales.
• Experience with international clients, preferably in the US market.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• Preferred: experience selling SaaS, AI tools or real estate technology products.

Required skills

• Strong cold-calling, email outreach, negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems or similar tools.

Salary: PKR 80,000 to 120,000 per month; shift timings 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
