Business Development Executive – SaaS Sales

About the role

VIDIZMO is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive outbound SaaS sales. You will engage directly with end‑customers and channel partners, using AI tools to research, prepare, and follow up on prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Contact end customers and partners daily via phone and messaging, following a prioritized call list.
• Spend at least two hours each day in live conversations with new prospects and partners.
• Set up meetings with key decision‑makers, verify genuine need, and hand qualified opportunities to the account team.
• Register partner opportunities promptly and onboard new partners when required.
• Record every call, email and meeting in HubSpot on the same day.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years of outbound business development, lead generation or inside sales experience.
• Clear, confident English spoken and written, suitable for US buyers.
• Legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
• Proficiency in using AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot for research and outreach.

• Monthly salary plus uncapped commission (target mix 60% salary, 40% commission).
