Business Development Executive (Sales)

About the role

EcomMatrix is looking for a confident and results‑driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join its team in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site sales role focuses on converting inbound leads and generating new business for eCommerce and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads generated through Meta and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable EcomMatrix services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Perform outbound prospecting to identify and approach potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, conversations, and sales progress.
• Prepare and communicate service offerings and proposals where required.
• Negotiate professionally and work toward closing deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams after closing clients to ensure a smooth handover.
