Business Development & Growth Executive

About the role

Cognify Analytics is seeking a Business Development & Growth Executive to drive qualified opportunities for its AI, software development, data analytics, automation, and technology consulting services. You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to translate complex solutions into clear value propositions for prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries, companies, and decision‑makers to build a pipeline of prospects.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, Upwork, networking and other channels.
• Craft personalized outreach messages aligned with prospect business needs.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations, schedule calls and attend client meetings.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Record all activities and opportunities in the company CRM.
• Support B2B growth campaigns, LinkedIn page management, and basic content creation (service posts, case studies, client success stories).
• Assist with email campaigns, lead‑nurturing, and market research on competitors and trends.
• Track outreach performance metrics such as response rates, meetings booked, proposals submitted and conversions.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• 2‑4 years of proven B2B business development, sales or lead‑generation experience.
• Ability to engage international prospects and decision‑makers confidently.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling or Upwork business development.
• Excellent proposal‑writing, follow‑up and sales‑messaging skills.
• Self‑organized, able to manage multiple prospects independently and meet KPI targets.
