Business Development Intern

About the role

Hammani Tech is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support its sales and client acquisition efforts. Based in Islamabad, you will work on‑site with the business development team, gaining hands‑on experience in freelance platform bidding and lead generation. This role offers a practical introduction to the IT services market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply for projects on Upwork, Freelancer and LinkedIn.
• Write and tailor proposals to match client requirements and company services.
• Communicate with clients, answer queries professionally, and maintain follow‑up.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to uncover opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing, and track prospect interactions.
• Maintain CRM records, update sales tracking sheets, and prepare simple bidding performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and client‑facing skills.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach and interest in freelance platforms.
• Willingness to learn business development processes.
