Business Development Lead – US Market B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to own the full sales cycle for US‑based prospects. The role focuses on moving leads from initial conversation through negotiation to closed deals, without relying solely on cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales process from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Identify and engage relevant B2B prospects in the US market through outbound channels.
• Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and position our services/solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and move qualified opportunities toward closure.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep CRM/sales activity up to date.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on B2B sales/BD experience selling into the US market.
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals, not just generating leads.
• Strong understanding of the US B2B sales process and buyer expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, managing a pipeline, and being accountable for revenue.
