Business Development Management Trainee

About the role

This Management Trainee position focuses on business development and offers fresh graduates the chance to build a solid foundation in client acquisition, market analysis, and sales strategy. You will work closely with senior staff to support growth initiatives and develop professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and attract clients.
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Run outbound campaigns (calls & emails).
• Maintain client database and follow up with prospects.
• Support business development initiatives and proposal writing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate to 6 months of experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
