Business Development Manager (2 positions)

About the role

We are seeking two dynamic Business Development Managers to join our team in Islamabad. In this role you will drive new revenue streams, build lasting client relationships and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings, present company services and prepare tailored proposals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly business development targets and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
